First quarter 2023 earnings call and webcast are Thursday, May 4
RAPID CITY, S.D., April 24, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend on the common stock at a meeting held April 24, 2023. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on May 18, 2023, will receive $0.625 per share, payable June 1, 2023.
The company also confirms that it will release its 2023 first quarter earnings after the market closes Wednesday, May 3, 2023, and will host a live conference call and webcast at 11 a.m. EDT on Thursday, May 4, 2023, to discuss the company’s financial results.
