Steven R. Mills, age 67, has more than 40 years of experience in the fields of accounting, corporate finance, strategic planning, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions. He is a Board Member of Amyris, Inc., a renewable products company, where he serves as Chair of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Leadership, Development, Inclusion and Compensation Committee. Mr. Mills is also a consultant and advisor to Arianna S.A., a European-based specialized investment fund. Previously, Mr. Mills served as Chief Financial Officer of Amyris, Inc. from 2012 to 2013. Prior to joining Amyris, he had a 33-year career at Archer Daniels Midland Company, one of the world’s largest agricultural processors and food ingredient providers, where he held various senior executive roles, including Senior Executive Vice President Performance and Growth, Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and Senior Vice President Strategic Planning.
